To give you an idea of how into cooking I am, I will post the many pictures I took of my cooking adventures! I have pretty eclectic taste when it comes to food and no recipe will scare me away even if it calls for freeze dried shrimps! (which actually are a great flavoring element in stir fry). I like to challenge myself and new things on a weekly basis. Sometimes due to my budget I have to tweak the ingredients a little bit, but thats the beauty of cooking, its all about adding or subtracting things to better suit your taste. The most important thing about cooking is courage. Its not whether you have the skills or not, its just as simple as opening that recipe and slapping some food on a skillet! You can cook anything as long as you stay positive, because having the wrong pots and pans can be very frustrating... so just get in that kitchen and show it who is boss!
