My New Years resolution for 2013 is to get back into a great work out routine! I want a six pack gosh darn it! Yet I love pizza and hamburgers...so you can see my conundrum. I like to try new types of work outs to keep my muscles confused and burn fat. I do not have a gym membership yet so I have to get creative. I love work out videos and there is an extensive amount of work out routines online that are free. I have sifted through many and will share my favorite and most effective work outs!
